Privacy
Effective October 9, 2026.
This page says what the site does with information. The short version: it asks for none and stores none.
What you enter stays in your browser
The measurements, prices and options you type into a calculator are processed in your browser. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. The calculators make no network requests while you use them.
Result links carry your numbers
What you enter is written into the address of the page, so that reloading it or sharing it shows the same result. If you send that link to someone, they see the measurements in it. The link goes only where you send it.
No accounts, no cookies, no tracking
- There are no accounts and no sign-in.
- The site sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser’s storage.
- Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you from site to site. See “Counting visits” below.
- There is no advertising and there are no affiliate links.
Counting visits
To know which calculators people use, the pages load a small script from Cloudflare Web Analytics. For each page view it sends Cloudflare the address of the page, the page you came from, your browser and device type, the country your request came from and how quickly the page loaded. It sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser’s storage, so it cannot recognise you on a later visit or on other sites. We see only totals, such as the number of visits to a page, never individual visitors. How Cloudflare handles this data is set out in its description of Web Analytics and its privacy policy.
Error reports
If a script on a page fails, the page can send a short error report to an error tracker that the site’s owner hosts. It is not a third-party service. The report contains the error message, the address of the page without the values you entered, the name of the calculator and a technical trace of where the script failed. It does not contain your measurements. Like any request on the web, it arrives from your IP address together with your browser’s name and version.
Reporting a problem by email
The “Report a problem” link opens an email in your own mail app. The draft contains the address of the page, including the values you entered, so that we can reproduce what you saw. Nothing is sent unless you send it. If you do, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them to look into the problem and to reply.
Only the site owner reads these emails. An email is kept until the question is answered and for up to 12 months after that, then deleted.
Hosting
The pages are served by a hosting provider. A web server normally records each request: the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser.
The provider is Vercel Inc. We do not copy, combine or analyse its logs. What Vercel records and how long it keeps it is set out in the Vercel privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Since the site collects no personal data beyond what is described above, the usual case is an email you sent us.
Alim Khairetdinov is responsible for this data. For any privacy question, write to the address on the Contact page.
Changes
If any of this changes, for example if advertising is added, this page will change first.
