Reporting a wrong result

The fastest way is the "Report a problem" link under a result. It opens an email in your own mail app with the page address already in it. That address contains the measurements you entered, so we can see exactly what you saw. Nothing is sent until you send the email.

If you write to us directly, include the calculator, the numbers you entered and what you expected instead.

What we can't help with

We can't check a design, size a footing or tell you what your building code requires. The calculators turn measurements into quantities. For anything structural, ask a qualified professional or your local building department.
